The warranty

The warranty period of 24 months is valid and applies to products that have been used for their intended purpose.

The warranty conditions are valid if the buyer can present a proof of purchase (receipt or delivery note).

The warranty against defects is not valid if the cause of the defect is:

Mechanical damage;

Improper use or use for purposes other than intended;

Natural wear and tear;

Impact of environmental conditions (excessive humidity, heat, or similar phenomena).

The buyer has the right to file a claim for product non-compliance by sending a request to SIA "4work" at the email address: sia4work@inbox.lv.

When submitting a product for warranty repair, the buyer must submit a claim that indicates the identified product non-compliance (defect) and its manifestation, and provide the original transaction confirmation document.

If the non-compliance of the product cannot be fixed or it is unreasonable, the buyer has the right to request the product to be exchanged for the same product or another product from the available assortment, paying the price difference if the chosen replacement item is more expensive than the original product.

When submitting a product for warranty repair: the product must be clean and in complete condition. A dirty product or incomplete set may be a reason for refusal of acceptance.

The seller will review the buyer's claim within a reasonable period, not exceeding 30 days, and inform the buyer of the result by phone or email.

After the defects are fixed, the buyer can receive the product at the specified delivery address. The delivery of the product in this case is free of charge.
